Servings: 1 big ball
Ingredients:
For the ball:
· 1 cup vegan cream cheese
· ¾ cup Aviva bean-based cheddar, shredded
· 1 garlic clove, minced
· 1 green onion, finely chopped
· Fresh chives, finely chopped, to taste
For the crust:
· ¼ cup shredded Aviva cheddar
· 2 tbsp chopped nuts of your choice (ideally walnuts, almonds or pecans, for colour)
· Fresh chives, finely chopped, to taste
Steps:
1. In a bowl, mix well all ingredients for the ball
2. Put the mixture in a plastic food wrap and form a ball
3. In a dish, mix the ingredients for the crust
4. Roll the ball in the crust
5. Serve with crackers or bread
