Ingredients:
· 1 package Rigatoni
· 1 cup roasted peppers
· 1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk
· 1/2 block Aviva Feta style cheeze
· 1 garlic clove
· 1 tbsp. lemon juice
· 1/2 tsp. thyme
Steps:
1- Cook the pasta following packaging directions.
2- During this time, add all sauce ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
3- Heat up the sauce in a pot, serve with the rigatoni and top with crumbled Feta cheeze.
