APPLE-CHEDDAR STUFFED CRÊPES
Servings: 4-6 crêpes
Ingredients:
1) Pancake/crêpe mix as per packaging instructions:
1 cup Gogo Quinoa pancake mix
1 cup plant-based milk
¼ tsp. Vanilla
1 tbsp. chia seeds + 3 tbsp. water
1/2 block Aviva smoked Gouda, shredded
2) Caramelized apples:
4 finely sliced apples
2 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tbsp. vegan butter
3) Aviva cheddar-style cheeze to taste
Steps:

Prepare and cook the crêpes as per packaging instructions

Meanwhile, cook the apple slices in a frying pan over medium heat with vegan butter and maple syrup

Add cheddar cheeze to the crêpe, add apple slices and roll.

Serve with maple syrup
