CHEESE BALL

Servings: 1 big ball

Ingredients:​

For the ball:
✓1 cup vegan cream cheese
✓¾ cup Aviva bean-based cheddar, shredded
✓1 garlic clove, minced
✓1 green onion, finely chopped
✓Fresh chives, finely chopped, to taste
For the crust:
✓¼ cup shredded Aviva cheddar
✓2 tbsp chopped nuts of your choice (ideally walnuts, almonds or pecans, for colour)
✓Fresh chives, finely chopped, to taste

Steps:​

In a bowl, mix well all ingredients for the ball

Put the mixture in a plastic food wrap and form a ball

In a dish, mix the ingredients for the crust

Roll the ball in the crust

Serve with crackers or bread
