KIMCHI & PLANT-BASED CHEDDAR RAMEN

Portions:

Ingredients:​

✓2 portions of ramen noodles Umami
✓½ a block of Aviva Cheddar
✓2 garlic cloves, minced
✓1 tbsp soy sauce
✓1 tbsp brown sugar
✓½ tbsp sesame oil
✓Kimchi, to taste, with some of the liquid
✓Chopped green onions
✓Sesame seeds

Steps:​

Cook ramen noodles as per instructions in the packaging

Meanwhile, heat sesame oil, soy sauce, brown sugar and minced garlic

Add ramen, Aviva cheddar cheez and kimchi. Stir well

Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds
