PLANT-BASED SMOKED GOUDA FONDUE

Ingredients:​

✓1 block Aviva Gouda-style cheeze
✓¼ cup white wine
✓1 garlic clove, minced
✓1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk
✓½ tbsp. tapioca starch
✓A pinch of nutmeg

Steps:​

Heat garlic and wine in a skillet and add the rest of the ingredients, constantly mixing. with a whisk until thick.

Serve with baguette bread, grapes, apples, cooked potatoes, etc.
