WARM CHEDDAR DIP WITH ROASTED PEPPERS & CHIPOTLE

Ingredients:​

Put these ingredients in a blender until smooth:
✓1 cup soft tofu
✓1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise
✓1 cup roasted red peppers
✓1 chipotle pepper
✓1 tsp. garlic powder
✓1 tsp. onion powder
✓1 tsp salt

Steps:​

Transfer the mixture to an oven proof dish and add 1/2 block of shredded Aviva Cheddar

Bake for 10 minutes at 350F

Serve this delicious dip with your favourite chips!
