WHIPPED FETA WITH TOMATO CONFIT, GARLIC AND BASIL

Ingredients:​

✓½ block Aviva bean-based Feta
✓¼ cup soy cream
✓1 tbsp olive oil
✓1 package cherry tomatoes
✓1 head of garlic, cut in half

Steps:​

Preheat oven at 400 F.

Place cherry tomatoes and garlic with some oil in a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. This is an express version of tomato confit.

In the meantime, process the feta, soy cream and olive oil in a food processor or with an immersion blender in a bowl.

Garnish the whipped feta with the tomato confit and fresh basil.
